Seattle-based Avail acquired by Upstack in tech consultancy deal

Seattle-based tech consulting firm Avail Partners has been acquired by Upstack, a New York City-based IT advisory platform that helps companies purchase products from tech vendors.

  • Avail focuses on cloud migration, cybersecurity, and datacenter colocation solutions for mid-market organizations.
  • Avail founders Dan Marsh and Scott Maurice, who launched their firm in 2012, will become partners at Upstack.
  • Employees at Avail will join Upstack, which is led by Christopher Trapp and was founded in 2017.
